Import a list of companies from CSV or Excel (.xlsx, .xls, .ods). Dutch column names, delimiters and character encoding are recognised automatically; a preview shows what's coming in before anything is saved. Up to 5,000 rows per import, with duplicates within the tenant and the file skipped on the Dutch company registration number (KvK), website domain or email address.
AI reads a prospect's website (the home page and up to three subpages) and delivers a summary, product fit, a conversation opener, pain points, opportunities and a score. Role, industry and size are only filled in if they're still blank. One at a time or in bulk, up to 200 at once.
Every search run shows exactly what happens: the search queries used, the results per source, skipped directories and marketplaces, and the rejected companies with a reason. Progress can be followed live while the run is going.
