Your own environment shows exactly what you pay for: which applications you have, what each one costs, which invoices there are and how much credit is left. No annual surprise, and no quote needed to find out what you pay.
Per application, not per suite
You pay per application you have switched on. Switch one off and that part stops — the rest carries on. Billing rhythm per subscription: monthly, quarterly or yearly.
Try it first
Many applications come with a trial. It is set per application; during the trial you pay nothing, and you do not have to cancel in order to stop.
Credits for variable usage
Anything that is not fixed per month — AI usage, for instance — runs on prepaid credit. You top up when you want, redeem vouchers, and can set a budget so that usage never runs faster than you intended.
Invoices in one place
Every invoice sits in your environment, with a pdf to download or to forward to your bookkeeper. Outstanding invoices come with a payment link.
Cancel it yourself
You cancel per application in your own environment — no e-mail, no phone call, no notice period to look up. See also our refund policy.
Several organisations, one bill
If more than one organisation works in the same installation, the platform knows per application who gets the bill. Requests for a new application can pass through an approval step, so nothing is switched on without you.
Where the data lives
Subscriptions, invoices and credit are kept centrally. If you run your own installation, that installation checks your subscription through our API — your data about use and usage stays where it belongs.
