Can I do this with LSQapps?

You think in tasks, and we have an application for them. Describe what you want to do and you see straight away which one handles it — or browse the frequently asked questions below.

Can I sell a video to my customers?

Yes. In Videohost you put a price on a video and share the link; the viewer pays with iDEAL (the Dutch bank payment method) and then receives the download link by email. Connect your own Mollie account and the proceeds come straight to you — no part of the sale goes to us and you need no separate webshop. No Mollie account yet? You create one while connecting; if you would rather not, we collect the money and pay it out to you up to a fixed monthly amount.

Can I send one customer a large video file securely?

Yes. Videohost gives every recipient their own download link that is valid for 48 hours and works once, with a personal code you pass on separately if you want. Per download you see whether the complete file arrived or the transfer broke off along the way, and whether the email with the link was delivered — if something went wrong, one click sends a new link. For files other than video, use Filetransfer.

Can I post my daily till takings into my bookkeeping automatically?

Yes. DataConv reads the central till file of a franchise chain and turns it into one balanced journal entry per day for your bookkeeping — turnover on the right ledger accounts and the VAT per rate posted separately. The entry arrives in Yuki and Exact Online among others (Dutch bookkeeping packages); purchase invoices follow their own route, so nothing is posted twice and the accountancy firm has nothing left to retype.

Can I put an appointment in my Outlook calendar from lsqapps?

Yes. Schedule an appointment in the platform and it appears in the calendar of your connected mailbox — with location, description and attendees. It works the other way round as well: what you put in Outlook shows up here. Works with Microsoft 365, Gmail and your own Exchange server, and you can book meeting rooms along with it. The mailbox connection does need write access; if it is set to read-only, the screen tells you so beforehand.

Can I create and send quotes?

Yes. In ERP Verkoop, the sales module, you work quotes up into orders and invoices with your own number series. To have a quote drafted from an email enquiry by AI, use Quotetool; for measuring up and intake at the customer’s site there is Intake.

Can I send invoices and see when a customer has paid?

Yes. ERP Verkoop creates and sends your invoices, and Bank connects your bank statements so you see straight away when an invoice has been paid. Purchase receipts are posted through automatically by Bonnen Scanner.

Can I stop production from starting before the deposit has been paid?

Yes. If a payment schedule is attached to the order, the order status guards itself: “Start production” only becomes available once the first instalment has been sent and paid in full, and “Shipped” only once the second instalment has gone out. The button stays visible but is disabled, with the reason beside it — which instalment it is and how much is still outstanding. The check is on by default and can be switched off per organisation. Note that the system looks at what has been recorded as a payment, so your bank reconciliation has to be as up to date as your sales.

Can I agree a fixed final price that differs from the sum of the lines?

Yes. You enter the agreed amount including VAT in the total-agreement field on the quote or order; the difference appears as a line “Price agreement correction” above the total, on the PDF and on the invoice too. So you do not have to work out a correction line yourself and update it at every change. A discount percentage no longer counts once you do this — the agreed final amount prevails. Clear the field and the ordinary sum comes back.

Can I handle the Dutch ISDE insulation subsidy in my quotes and invoices?

Yes, for insulation and glazing measures. ERP Verkoop puts the expected subsidy amount on the quote, calculated from the actual surface area and the rates of RVO (the Dutch agency that runs the scheme), and puts the application number on the final invoice once it has been paid. If you draw the window frames yourself in Kozijnen, the surface area comes from there automatically. No rights can be derived from the RVO measure-code list, and the application itself stays with your customer.

Can I send quotes and invoices from my own email address?

Yes. Connect your mailbox — Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or an Exchange server in your own office — and nominate a sender address there; from then on all outgoing post goes through your own mail server, with a copy in your Sent items. Without a connection lsqapps sends through its own mail server: that works immediately, but your customer then sees a sender address of ours.

Can I manage tasks and to-dos?

Yes. Taken orders your personal tasks with priorities, deadlines, subtasks and reminders. For team tasks that you assign or that colleagues pick up from a shared pool there is Werkopdrachten, the work-order app.

Can I build a website?

Yes. Websites lets you manage several sites from one environment, and Public Pages assembles public pages out of content you already have. Lead forms and landing pages you build with Lead Generation.

Can I store my signature without it ending up in the wrong hands?

Yes. Your signature is stored encrypted under an unguessable name and never leaves the server as an image: on your screen you only see a scaled-down rendering, and the original is used solely as a stamp inside the document. Reuse happens only with permission that you can withdraw yourself, every use is logged, and every stamp carries an invisible marker, so a copy that has been cut out can be traced back to the document it came from.

Can I handle customer questions and reported faults?

Yes. Tickets handles questions and reports in one structured overview. If you catch questions on your website through a chat, you use Support Chat; watching along live and supporting someone remotely is what Helpdesk is for.

Can I connect my bookkeeping to Exact or Yuki?

Yes. Bonnen Scanner posts receipts through to your bookkeeping, and Finance manages cost centres and bookkeeping connections. The integrations page lists the connections with Exact Online, Yuki (both Dutch bookkeeping packages) and more.

Can I invoice a business customer in Belgium or another EU country?

Yes. In ERP Verkoop you choose the VAT treatment per customer — intra-Community supply for goods, intra-Community service for services — and the invoice then charges 0% with the required wording and both VAT numbers on it. Your customer’s VAT number is checked at VIES beforehand, and the amount comes back in the EC Sales List for that quarter (in the Netherlands: opgaaf ICP).

Can I put a reverse charge on my invoice?

Yes. If you work as a subcontractor, you set the VAT treatment to reverse charge: the wording “Btw verlegd” and your customer’s VAT number appear on the invoice automatically, and the VAT amount becomes nil while the rates stay visible, exactly as the Dutch Tax Administration requires. Without your customer’s VAT number the invoice cannot be sent, because the reverse charge would then have been applied wrongly.

Can I check a customer’s VAT number?

Yes. On an invoice with 0% VAT to an EU customer the VAT number is queried at VIES, the verification system of the European Commission. If the number does not check out, sending is blocked; the consultation number VIES returns is kept as evidence towards the Dutch Tax Administration.

Can I configure window frames and turn them into a quote straight away?

Yes. In Kozijnen you put together every window frame down to the detail — bay layout, tilt-and-turn windows, doors, panels, glazing and colours — directly from a quote in ERP Verkoop. The price is calculated live from your own price catalogue, and the design is added to the quote as a priced line, with NEN standards and the Dutch building code checked as you go.

Can I use window frame software without being tied to one factory?

Yes. The Kozijnen configurator is not bound to one factory or production package: you record profile systems and prices yourself, keep purchase price lists per supplier, and email the automatically filled order form to the factory you choose. Useful for resellers and installation firms that work with several factories.

Can I send a window frame order to the factory with every detail on it?

Yes. From the order there is an order form ready that is filled automatically from the window frame designs: per element type the colours, foil listed separately for outside and inside, glass or infill, and the hardware with the list that belongs to that element. Doors get their own fields for lock, hardware range and bell, and at the bottom is the profile overview with a cross-section drawing per profile. You check it next to a live preview, add what you agree by phone, and email it as a PDF to the factory of your choice. The drop-down lists and the profiles you manage yourself, even halfway through an order.

Can my customer sign a window frame quote digitally and pay it?

Yes. The customer signs in to the customer portal without a password through a secure email link, reads the quote and signs digitally; of the signed document a SHA-256 checksum is recorded. Invoices the customer pays through a payment link, with iDEAL (the Dutch bank payment method) among others. Service reports the customer submits through that same portal.
