Photograph your receipt, done

OCR reads out the amount, VAT and supplier automatically. Link it to a project or cost centre and sync it to your bookkeeping.

How the Bonnen Scanner works

The end of the shoebox full of receipts. Photograph, check, done — the rest happens automatically.

Three steps

  1. Scan. Take a photo of the receipt. The AI OCR reads out the amount, VAT, date and supplier.
  2. Link. Assign the receipt to the right project or cost centre.
  3. Sync. The processed receipt flows through to your bookkeeping, including all linked data.

Frequently asked questions

Does it work with an ordinary phone photo?
Yes. The scanner is built for real-world photos and recognises the relevant fields even on crooked or cluttered receipts. You can always check the borderline cases yourself.
Does it split VAT correctly?
The VAT amount and percentage are extracted from the receipt, so your booking is correct for VAT purposes straight away.
Which bookkeeping package does it connect to?
Processed receipts can be synced to your bookkeeping, including the linked project or cost-centre information.
