How DataConv works
DataConv takes care of the boring manual work: turning an export or till file into something you can use right away — a ready-to-send UBL invoice, or a balanced booking for your bookkeeping. No manual cut-and-paste, no mapping spreadsheet nobody understands.
The three steps
- Deliver your file. Drag an export CSV or till file to the drop zone, or have it fetched automatically from a connected source. DataConv detects encoding, delimiter and headers automatically.
- Confirm the mapping. DataConv suggests which column or source code belongs to which target field or general ledger account. Correct it once — after that, DataConv remembers the choice per template.
- Download, send or book. Output as UBL 2.1 / SI-UBL 2.0 for Peppol or email, or a balanced daily booking for your bookkeeping — fully automatically if you want, with no manual intervention.
Who it’s for
- Accountants who need to convert dozens of exports or daily summaries for clients every week.
- Franchises with central invoicing where each location’s daily till summary also has to reach the books.
- SMEs with legacy software that has no native UBL export or accounting connection.
What it gets you
Customers move from manual retyping to automatic processing — whether that’s the monthly invoicing round or the daily till summary per location. The mapping doesn’t have to be redone per file, which cuts turnaround time and errors considerably, and every conversion can be traced back in an audit trail.
