All your appointments in one place

Agenda bundles events from your LSQapps applications and your own calendars into a single day, week or month view. Via CalDAV and iCal feeds, you can follow along from Apple Calendar, Outlook, Google Calendar or Thunderbird.

How Agenda works

  1. Open your central calendar. After activation you see all your appointments in a day, week or month view. Create extra calendars with their own colour and time zone; events from other platform applications appear among them automatically, with a filter per source.
  2. Schedule your appointments. Create an event with location, recurrence, priority and reminders. Choose where it lands: in the lsqapps calendar or — via a connected mailbox — directly in Outlook or Google Calendar. Invite attendees by email and track who accepts, declines or is still undecided.
  3. Connect your external calendar apps. The sync page has your CalDAV details and iCal feed URLs ready, with instructions for Apple Calendar, Outlook, Google Calendar and Thunderbird.

Who it’s for

Sync the way you want

Agenda offers two ways to connect. CalDAV syncs in both directions: changes in Apple Calendar or Thunderbird come back into the platform and the other way round. iCal feeds are read-only subscriptions for Outlook and Google Calendar — per calendar or as an all-in-one feed. For the personal feed you generate a unique link that you can revoke at any time, so a shared URL never grants permanent access.

Frequently asked questions

Which calendar apps can Agenda sync with?
You connect Apple Calendar (macOS/iOS) and Mozilla Thunderbird via CalDAV, with two-way sync. Microsoft Outlook and Google Calendar subscribe read-only via an iCal feed. Step-by-step instructions for each app are on the sync page.
What's the difference between CalDAV and an iCal feed?
CalDAV syncs in both directions: changes in your external calendar app come back into Agenda and the other way round. An iCal feed is read-only — external apps see your events but can't change them. The personal feed uses a unique, revocable link, so you can always cut off access.
Can I schedule in a colleague's calendar?
Yes. With the team-scheduling permission, you can schedule an appointment directly in a colleague's connected Outlook or Google calendar within your own tenant, for example for installation or field-service planning. You can also show colleagues' calendars alongside your own to see availability. This requires a mailbox connected via AI Mail with write access.
Do appointments from other apps appear in my calendar automatically?
Yes. Applications on the platform publish their events to the central calendar, which is refreshed before every view. The dashboard, iCal feeds and CalDAV therefore all show the same data. Click such an event and you jump straight to the source item in the relevant application.
Can I set up recurring appointments and reminders?
Yes. Appointments support recurrence (with an end date), priority, all-day events and a location. You set reminders per appointment — by email or push notification, from 5 minutes to a week in advance.
