How Shop works
- Activate and collect. Shop automatically discovers which applications in your installation offer products and shows them together in one catalogue, with categories per app and a search function with filters.
- Fill the cart. Visitors browse the public catalogue and view product pages with specifications and related products. Items from different apps go into the same cart, grouped per application.
- Check out and track. At checkout, the customer fills in contact, invoice and delivery details, with company name and VAT number added for business buyers. The order gets an order number and moves through a clear status, from draft to completed.
Who it’s for
- Organisations with multiple LSQapps applications that want to sell their products and services from one central place instead of per app.
- Sales teams that want to handle orders centrally, with roles for customer, salesperson and shop administrator.
- Companies selling both B2B and B2C that want to capture company details, VAT number and a different delivery address at checkout.
Product data stays in the source app
Shop is not a second product administration. The catalogue fetches price, VAT rate, stock and images live from the application the product comes from. Change something in the source app, and the cart takes it into account: at checkout, Shop flags price changes and insufficient stock per line, and after payment the stock is updated automatically.
