Time tracking nobody forgets
Start a timer per customer, project or task — several at once if you need to — and keep billable hours without any effort.
How Time Tracker works
Hours you only fill in afterwards are never right. Time Tracker makes
recording so easy that it happens while you work.
How it works
- Start a timer. Pick a customer, project and task and press start — or
let several timers run at once.
- Switch freely. Jump between jobs without your records getting
muddled.
- Fill in what you didn’t start. An email you read or replied to, and
an appointment that took place, come back as a suggestion. Confirm it or
leave it; the app never writes it automatically.
- Export. At the end of the week or month, your billable hours are
sitting there ready.
Who it’s for
- Service providers and agencies that bill by the hour.
- Field engineers and technicians who work on site and don’t want to
forget hours.
- Teams who want to see where the time is really going.
The hours that otherwise slip away
It’s not the three-hour job that gets forgotten, but the quarter-hour in
between: reading a message with two attachments, typing a reply, and moving
on. And the appointment that simply went ahead with no timer running.
Time Tracker picks up both as a suggestion. For an appointment, the
duration is the appointment itself; for an email, it’s a sum you can
explain to someone else — a base, something per piece of text, something
per attachment, and for a reply the length of what you wrote, in the unit
of your own rate profile. Someone who bills in six-minute increments gets
an estimate in six-minute increments, and can show a client exactly how the
figure is built up.
What’s already recorded, or has a timer running on it, stays out. Double-
booked time on an invoice is worse than forgotten time.
What it gets you
Complete, reliable time tracking without puzzling it out afterwards — and
invoices that are right because no hour was missed.
What it does
-
Parallel timers
Working on several jobs at once? Run multiple timers and switch between them without losing your records.
-
Per customer, project and task
Every recorded minute is attached to the right customer, the right project and the right task — ready for invoicing.
-
Billable overview
See straight away which hours are billable and export them to your invoicing. No after-the-fact estimates.
-
Suggestions from your email and your calendar
A message you read or replied to, and an appointment that took place, come back as a suggested entry — with the customer and project already filled in. You confirm it or leave it be; an hour is never written automatically. If there's already a record, or a timer is running, the suggestion stays away, because double-booked time is worse than forgotten time.
-
An estimate you can explain
The suggested time for an email is a sum: a base for reading, something per piece of text, something per attachment, and for a reply the length of what you wrote — with a ceiling per message. The unit comes from your own rate profile, so someone who bills in six-minute increments gets an estimate in six-minute increments. The components stay attached to the entry, so "why 0.2 hours?" is a sum, not a computer's judgement.
-
The clock on your phone
In the LSQApp you start, stop and pause a timer and see what's logged for today. You can start without first picking a project — a measured hour without a project is better than an estimated hour after the fact. You dictate a description.
-
Record hours in advance
Already know a job will take half a day next week? Record it as planned hours. You see your own workload coming instead of reconstructing it afterwards.
-
Overview on your phone
Alongside the clock, the hours screen on your phone has an Overview tab: how much you've logged, how that's spread across the days and what it went on — with what isn't invoiced yet shown separately and clearly.

Frequently asked questions
- Can I run several timers at the same time?
- Yes. Time Tracker supports parallel timers, so you can switch quickly between jobs without losing hours or counting them twice.
- Does it also work on the go?
- Yes. The clock is in the LSQApp on your phone: start, stop, pause and today's hours. You can start without a project, so you don't need to make three choices the moment you walk in at a customer's; you assign the project later on the web. A timer you start on your phone simply carries over to the web. With location tracking, work outside the office is recorded neatly too.
- Does the app log hours under my name by itself?
- No. Your email and calendar produce suggestions, and a suggestion only becomes an entry once you confirm it. There's also no setting to make that happen automatically — that's a deliberate choice, not a missing feature.
- How does the app work out the time for an email?
- With a fixed calculation rule, not a language model that names a number. Reading is a base plus a unit per piece of text and per attachment; replying is a base plus the length of your reply, with a ceiling per message. You set that unit yourself via your rate profile. The components stay attached to the entry, so you can show a client how you arrived at the figure. The language model does no more than add the description.
- And an appointment that simply went ahead?
- That comes back as a suggestion with the duration of the appointment itself — there's nothing to estimate there. Whole-day blocks stay out of view, because a day marked "free" isn't eight hours of work.
- Can I export hours for invoicing?
- Recorded hours are grouped by customer and project and can be exported as billable hours, so your invoice is correct straight away.
