Know before your visitors do
Webcheck checks your websites every five minutes for reachability and watches SSL certificates, DNS records, page changes and server disks. If something's off, you get an alert right away.
How Webcheck works
Webcheck watches your websites from the LSQapps platform: you add URLs, the
checks run in the background, and you hear about it the moment something’s
off.
- Add your URLs. For each URL you switch uptime, SSL, DNS and
screenshot monitoring on separately. For visual checks you create a URL
set that automatically discovers pages via your sitemap or a crawler.
- The checks run on their own. HTTP status and response time every
five minutes, SSL certificates daily, DNS records every hour. Snapshot
runs capture screenshots and page content for later comparison.
- You get alerted the moment something’s off. An expiring certificate,
changed DNS records, a full server disk or a server that’s stopped
reporting: you get an alert in-app and/or by email.
Who it’s for
- Web agencies and site managers who watch dozens of client sites and
use bulk-add and AI domain extraction to set up a whole portfolio
quickly.
- SMEs with their own website who want to be sure the site is
reachable and certificates are renewed on time.
- Administrators of their own servers who want to watch disk usage and
reachability without setting up a heavyweight monitoring suite.
Visual comparisons that point out differences
Compare two snapshot runs of a URL set and Webcheck shows a diff image per
page with the changed pixels highlighted, including the percentage of
difference. On top of that, Webcheck compares the page content itself:
added and removed text, changed meta tags, and changes in headings, links
and forms. You tick off reviewed differences, so you always see which
changes still need attention.
What it does
-
Uptime monitoring every 5 minutes
Webcheck fetches your URLs every five minutes and logs HTTP status, response time and redirects. So you see exactly when a site became unreachable.
-
SSL certificate monitoring
Daily checks on validity, issuer and expiry date. If a certificate expires within 14 days you get a warning; once expired, an urgent alert.
-
Visual snapshot comparisons
Capture screenshots and page content for whole sets of URLs and compare two runs pixel by pixel. Differences are highlighted in a diff image.
-
DNS monitoring
Watches A, AAAA, MX, CNAME, NS, TXT and SOA records per domain. You get an alert when records are added or removed; TTL changes don't trigger a false alarm.
-
Server monitoring via a light agent script
A small bash script pushes your server's disk usage every five minutes, signed with HMAC. You set a warning and a critical threshold per server.
-
Alerts in-app and by email
All alerts go through the platform's notification system. For each alert type you choose whether you want it in-app, by email, or both.

Frequently asked questions
- How often does Webcheck check my websites?
- Reachability and response time every five minutes, SSL certificates daily and DNS records every hour, with its own interval per URL. Screenshots are taken periodically on the schedule you set per URL.
- How do the visual comparisons work?
- You create a URL set that automatically discovers pages via your sitemap or a crawler. Each snapshot run captures screenshots and page content. When you compare two runs, you see a diff image per page with highlighted pixel differences, plus added and removed text, changed meta tags, and changes in headings, links and forms.
- Do I need to install anything on my server?
- Only for server monitoring. You download a bash script per server that sends disk usage every five minutes via a cron job, secured with an HMAC signature. For website, SSL and DNS monitoring you don't need to install anything.
- How do I get notified when something goes wrong?
- Webcheck sends alerts for, among other things, an expiring or expired SSL certificate, changed DNS records, a full server disk and a server that's stopped reporting. For each alert type you choose the channels yourself: in-app, email or both.
- Can I add many domains at once?
- Yes. In DNS monitoring you paste any text — a list or an overview, for example — and AI domain extraction automatically pulls out every valid domain name. You then add those to monitoring in bulk.
