The same design, a different foundation

We take the existing design over one to one: the same layout, the same typefaces, the same header and footer. Anyone opening the site sees no difference. What disappears sits underneath — plugins, database, login page. Exactly the three places where a WordPress site gets broken into.

Your addresses keep working

Existing page addresses stay valid; anything that does change we redirect automatically. Your search engine positions stay where they are, because the pages stay at the same address.

Your images really do come along

The quiet killer of every migration: a site that looks fine until you cancel the old hosting, and then half the images turn out to be still sitting there. We prise everything loose and check it afterwards — before you cancel.

Look first, go live later

You get a preview link to go through everything. Only once you approve do we switch the domain over. If something goes wrong, your old site is still standing and we are back within minutes.

We take care of your domain

You do not need to know which party holds your name, and you do not have to think about the renewal date. We watch it and renew in time, through our Dutch registrar. You hear from us well in advance, and if you want to stop, one click cancels it. No name yet, or do you want a better one? Then we look it up: you see straight away what it costs, which extensions are free and which variants are still available.

How it goes

  1. Scan. You give us the web address. We look at what is there: how many pages, which system, how much imagery. You hear what we find and what moving it involves.
  2. Migration. We fetch the site and put it up on a preview link. An average site of ten to thirty pages is ready within one working day.
  3. Review. You look at the preview. Anything that is not right, we adjust. Nothing goes live without your approval.
  4. Live. We switch the domain over and arrange the security certificate. Your old hosting can go after that — but only once we have established together that nothing is still hanging off it.

Rather not think about it at all? Send us your changes and we process them. Useful for sites that change a few times a year and that nobody is responsible for any more.
