The chain from quote to delivery
A manufacturer runs on a handful of recurring processes: a customer asks for something, work preparation works out the costing, the machine turns it into material, and dispatch delivers it. Between those steps, hours often disappear into double data entry, phone calls about stock and machine capacity, and files manually stitched together between CAD, planning and bookkeeping.
LSQapps offers a dedicated application for every link in the chain —
paneldesigner and nesting on the work-preparation side,
productionfiles for driving the machines, factory and plandor for
what happens on the shop floor, and expeditiontool for what goes out.
They share one customer and product database, so the quote, work order,
stock movement and invoice automatically refer to each other.
Starting modular — not everything at once
We see three entry points: companies often start with factory (to get
visibility on the shop floor) or with paneldesigner + nesting (to
improve sheet-material efficiency), and build on that gradually. Only
once the foundation runs smoothly do most customers add scm and
expeditiontool for inbound and outbound logistics, and products for
bill-of-materials management.
Because every application is activated separately, you don’t pay for what you don’t use. One tenant can run on a two-person SME workshop as well as on a multi-site producer — the same apps, different configuration.
Your own shop floor, your own data
All data sits in a Dutch multi-tenant installation. No mandatory cloud routing across the ocean, no odd surprises around data residency. For manufacturers who are asked in NEN, ISO or sector audits to show where their data lives, that’s a reassuring starting point.
Specific integrations — a DWG converter for customer CAD, say, or a SOAP link to an accounting package — we build as separate applications or integrations. The chain stays one platform; you don’t have to switch to another system for the second-to-last step.
