How Mailing works
- Create a campaign. Give it a name, a subject and a message — HTML with an optional text version — plus a sender name and reply-to address. Placeholders for first name, last name or a personal note can be clicked straight into the subject or the text; a preview shows the result with sample data.
- Add recipients. Import a customer group from the CRM app, upload a semicolon-separated CSV file, or enter addresses by hand. Duplicate and invalid addresses are skipped automatically.
- Start and follow. Mailing sends through the queue, spread across the linked SMTP accounts. The progress page refreshes every five seconds; pausing, resuming or cancelling is possible at any time.
Who it’s for
- Associations and foundations sending members or donors a personal invitation or newsletter — the personal note per recipient makes every message feel just a little different.
- SMEs using the CRM app who want to email a customer group without a separate mailing platform: pick a customer type and the addresses are in your campaign.
- Teams already using Webmail on the platform who want to send campaigns from those same accounts.
Control over your sending speed
Mail providers throttle accounts that send a lot in a short time. Mailing therefore keeps each account to a maximum of 30 emails per minute and rotates linked accounts round-robin. If every account is equally full, the queue waits briefly and then carries on automatically. Failed emails are retried up to three times; whatever still fails after that, you put back in the queue from a paused campaign.
