From enquiry to quote, without the detour

Take the intake on site with a flow that adapts to the answers, let the price follow from your own labour and item rules, and receive requests from quote portals directly as a customer with a pre-filled intake.

What is Intake?

Intake is the tool between the enquiry and the quote. A request comes in — through your website, a quote portal or a phone call — and then someone has to visit, record what’s needed, and turn that into a price. That’s exactly the step that usually goes wrong: the notes sit in a notebook, the calculation in a spreadsheet, and the quote gets typed up in the evening.

With Intake you take a questionnaire on site that adapts to the answers, with photos, dimensions and a sketch alongside it. The price follows from rules you manage: labour, items and surcharges. What comes out isn’t a loose note but a quote you can still adjust before it goes out the door.

Requests that arrive on their own

If you pay for leads from a quote portal, nobody needs to retype them anymore. The platform fetches them, turns the requester into a contact in your CRM, puts the completed questionnaire on the customer record, and prepares a pre-filled intake. The first-contact email sits right there, ready to send.

And because not every lead is worth something, Intake also tracks the other side: which requests you’ve disputed with the portal, for what reason, and what that got you. After a quarter, you’ll know not just what a lead source costs, but also what it actually delivers.

Intake runs on the LSQapps platform: you activate the app in your own environment, combine it with other applications, and share users and data within your installation. You only pay for what you use.

Frequently asked questions

Does this work with Offertevergelijker.nl?
Yes. Offertevergelijker.nl is a Dutch quote-comparison portal. You set up your own login details per lead source and the platform fetches new requests every minute. The full content of every request is stored: not just name and address, but also the questionnaire the requester filled in — homeowner, number of window frames, dimensions, the free-text remark. That lands as a single entry on the customer record, even if you don't use an intake flow yourself. Got several accounts with the same portal? Set them both up as separate sources.
What do I do with a request that has nothing in it?
You dispute it with the portal. In the overview you choose a reason — unreachable, contact details don't check out, outside the service area, duplicate request, work already awarded — and add your own note. For unreachable requests you note the number of contact attempts, because without that number portals usually reject a dispute. The text you need to paste into the portal grows at the bottom of the screen as you type.
Do you submit that dispute for me, then?
No, and the screen says so too. The connection with the portal can fetch requests, but there's no way back: you submit in the portal itself. What we do is record the dispute with a date and reason, prepare the text, remind you if the portal hasn't responded after two weeks, and track per lead source how many you've disputed and how many were granted. That last figure is the one you bring to the conversation with the supplier.
