Your event's photos, without a group chat or WeTransfer

Create a moment, share one link or QR code, and both members and guests hand in their photos directly. You approve what's usable — and then put together a newsletter or social post from it in one go.

How Momenten works

After a tournament, a school trip or an opening, the best photos are scattered across dozens of phones. Anyone trying to collect them spends an evening wrangling group chats, WeTransfer links and photos that arrive too small or on their side. Momenten turns that around: you create one place, and the photos come to you.

From event to message

  1. Create a moment. Title, date, location — and in the description what you’re after, for example “the finals and the prize ceremony”.
  2. Share the link. In the group chat, the newsletter or as a QR code at the bar. Everyone can submit, even without an account.
  3. Approve. You see what comes in first. You approve or reject a whole batch in one go.
  4. Do something with it. Share the album, put it on a screen, or turn it into a message that’s ready in your newsletter or alongside social posts.

Frequently asked questions

Do parents or guests need to create an account to hand in photos?
No. The collection link works without an account, password or app: fill in a name, pick photos, confirm consent and that's it. If you only want photos from logged-in members, you can switch that off per moment.
What if the link ends up in the wrong hands?
Then you click Create new link. The old link stops working immediately, and the photos already submitted stay in place. A link can also get an end date, and with Close the moment stops accepting anything at all.
What about the privacy of the people in the photos?
Everyone who submits confirms that the recognisable people agree, and that's fixed per photo. Without that confirmation, a photo doesn't make it into a message or onto the public album page — that's a hard limit, not a notice you can dismiss. We don't see who's in the photo, because we don't do facial recognition. If you also use Sportvereniging Ledenbeheer, you record per member whether there's image consent and filter out who to spare before publishing.
Does the AI write the newsletter and send it too?
It writes a draft — a headline, a piece of newsletter text and a shorter social text — based on what's visible in the chosen photos. The AI wasn't there, so you add the names and results yourself. The draft is made ready in your newsletter or social posts; who gets it and when it goes out is decided there.
Does it work with our tournament or club outing?
Yes. If you use Sportvereniging Ledenbeheer, a tournament or an event shows a Collect photos button. That opens Momenten with the title and date already filled in, or takes you to the album if it already exists.
Do the photos stay forever?
As long as you don't set anything, yes. If you choose a retention period per moment, the photos are deleted that many months after the date of the event, with a notification two weeks in advance. The moment itself, the text and what you've prepared stay in place; only the images go.
