Members and subscriptions
Keep member details, memberships and fees in good order, with a clear view of who has paid and who hasn't. When a member cancels, you first see what's still outstanding and which courses are still running, and for each enrolment you choose whether the amount lapses or remains due — so you don't keep invoicing someone who's already left.
-
Courses and lessons
Plan courses and lessons and let members enrol themselves, so groups and participants always add up.
-
Invoice and collect membership fees
Create the membership fee invoices for each season and collect them with a SEPA direct debit file for your bank, or let members pay by iDEAL through your own Mollie account. The financial overview shows, per year and per month, what came in and which costs you linked from the bank statement.
-
Member portal: members handle it themselves
Members update their own address and phone number, see their household and invoices, enrol in courses the club opens, and cancel their own membership. A new name, date of birth or IBAN, or linking a child, becomes a request that the membership administration checks first. The member gets the outcome by email, and a reason too if it's turned down.
-
Trial lesson, waiting list and enrolment
Turn someone into a member in one step after a trial lesson, without creating a duplicate member, and enrol them straight away if you like. If a course is full, new sign-ups go onto the waiting list. When a spot opens up, the next person gets an offer with a deadline; if it lapses, the offer moves to the next person. The overview shows how many trial lessons turn into a member.
-
Import bank statements, including CAMT.053
Import your bank statement (CAMT.053, MT940, CSV, OFX or QIF) and payments are matched to members, expenses to cost categories. A reversal is linked to the direct debit it belongs to, and importing the same statement twice doesn't create duplicate entries.
-
Credit notes in member invoicing
Credit a member invoice in full or just the lines that are wrong, with its own continuous numbering. The outstanding amount, the payment link and the direct debit stay in step; if the invoice was already paid, you mark the credit as refunded. The credit note goes out as a PDF by email and appears in the member portal.
-
Board meetings, from agenda to action list
Record the board with role and start date, and plan meetings with attendees and an action list you drag into order and edit fully. Record the meeting, and the minutes, decisions, action points and any-other-business come out as a draft. Names are linked to the right board members, and the minutes go out as a PDF.

A tournament schedule planned in one go
State who's taking part, how many courts or lanes there are and how long a match takes, and the schedule rolls out: groups, the order in which everyone plays everyone, and who's keeping score. Every participant gets their own match schedule, and you print the match slips for the table in one go.
-
Americano: a different partner every round
Alongside singles and doubles there's a mixed or Americano format: everyone signs up individually, plays with a different partner each round, and appears on the leaderboard as an individual player. A good solution for an odd-numbered group, or for a second round where you deliberately don't want fixed pairs. The schedule rolls out at the click of a button.
-
A tournament over two days works too
Running it over a weekend or two evenings? Set the date, start time and number of rounds for each playing day. The schedule stays one continuous series of matches; only the clock and the date follow the day a match falls on. The match slips for the table then show the date as well.
-
And then the day runs differently
Someone cancels, a court falls through, or things run half an hour late. Rescheduling first shows you exactly what changes before you apply it: matches already played or in progress stay as they are, nothing is scheduled before the next free slot, and a match keeps its number — after all, that's what's written on the slip in someone's hand.
-
Move one match, without rescheduling the whole day
Is a player away for a moment, or has a court come free? Drag the match to another slot, or pick it from the selector — with a keyboard or on a tablet too. Only the slots it's allowed to go in light up, and on an occupied slot you swap. If someone pulls out, their remaining matches are cancelled right away; a new participant is scheduled in without shifting anyone else.
-
Scoreboard screen, player page and results — no account needed
The scoreboard screens show the standings live, every participant scans the QR code on their schedule to see their own matches, and afterwards the results sit on a page you can share. Anyone who doesn't scan the QR code can type a short link instead. Anyone who's ever taken part keeps their tournament history on their member record.
