Send a link instead of seven proposed times
Your customer sees your free slots, picks one and gets a confirmation. You see the appointment in your calendar — no emails back and forth.
Why a booking link
Planning an appointment usually costs more time than the appointment is
worth. You propose three times, a counter-proposal comes back, none of them
quite work, and three emails later something ends up in the calendar that
suited neither of you.
With a booking link, you send one line: just pick a moment that suits
you. What your customer sees is what’s genuinely free.
How it works
- Set your availability. Days, hours, the length of the conversation
and the gap you want between two appointments.
- Share the link. In an email signature, under a quote, on your
website or in a one-off message.
- The appointment is there. The customer chooses, gets a
confirmation, and the slot lands in your calendar.
Who it’s for
- Consultants and service providers who schedule a lot of introductory
conversations.
- Sales who want to follow up on a quote without calendar
back-and-forth.
- Anyone with a field team who visits customers on-site and wants the
customer to pick their own time slot.
What it gets you
Less email, no double bookings, and a first impression that looks like it
comes from you — because it does.
What it does
-
Only times that are genuinely free
The link shows what's open in your calendar, so you can never be double-booked. Decide for yourself which days and hours you're available, and how much space you want between two appointments.
-
Your name on the page, not ours
The booking page is the only screen your customer sees from you without logging in. It carries your own logo and brand colour, from picking to confirming to rescheduling. No plain grey page in a supplier's colours.
-
Reschedule and cancel without a phone call
The confirmation email contains a link the customer can use to reschedule or cancel themselves. You see the result in your calendar; you don't have to type anything back.
-
Different kinds of conversations
A twenty-minute introduction, a one-hour consultation, an on-site visit — give each type its own duration and its own link, and share the link that fits the occasion. Each type can also have its own days and times: site visits only on Tuesdays and Thursdays, introductions every morning. Leave it blank and the type simply follows your general availability.
-
Appointments at the customer's location, travel time included
For an on-site appointment type, the booking page first asks for your customer's address. You only see times where you'll arrive on time, and afterwards still make it to your next appointment or back home on time — travel time counts as working time. Already in the area that day? You'll see that reflected right away.
-
Recurring appointments and fixed commitments count too
A weekly appointment from your own calendar now blocks every week, not just the first time. Can't fit something into your calendar — sport, lunch, picking up the kids — then add it as a fixed commitment on your booking profile, with its own location if needed. The booking page automatically takes it into account.

Frequently asked questions
- Where does the appointment end up?
- In your regular calendar, right after the customer has chosen. You don't need to copy anything over, and there's no separate list you need to keep track of.
- Can someone pick a time that's already taken?
- No. The page only shows what's free at that moment. If a slot gets booked while someone else is still choosing, it disappears from the options.
- Does my customer see that I use LSQapps?
- They see your logo and your branding. At the bottom of the page there's one line about the platform it runs on, nothing more.
- I only want to visit on-site on Tuesdays, but calls can happen any day. Is that possible?
- Yes. Alongside your general availability, each type of conversation can have its own weekly schedule: which days, and between which hours. That schedule then applies only to that type; every other conversation follows your usual times. The booking page and rescheduling take this into account automatically, so you never have to set anything twice.
- What if I'm unavailable at some point?
- Block that time in your calendar and the booking page stops offering it. Blocking a whole day works just as well as a single hour here and there.
- Does the booking page account for travel time?
- Yes, for an on-site appointment type. The page factors in the travel time from your previous appointment or your starting address, and only offers times where you arrive on time and still make your next appointment on time afterwards. You can set a maximum travel time; days where you're already in the area are flagged separately.
- Does a weekly appointment from my calendar block the booking page every week?
- Yes. A recurring appointment from your own calendar is rolled out for the whole period, not just the first occurrence. Can't fit something into your calendar — sport, lunch, picking up the kids — then add it as a fixed commitment on your booking profile; it counts as unavailable every week.
