Bedrijfsapp

Plan jobs on the planning board, log hours and invoice — your field team works from a single app.

What is Bedrijfsapp?

Run your field service team from a single environment: jobs on the planning board, hours and work orders for staff on the road, invoicing and reports for the office.

Bedrijfsapp runs on the LSQapps platform: you activate the app in your own environment, combine it with other applications, and share users and data within your installation. You only pay for what you use.

Frequently asked questions

Does every technician have to install an app?
No. The office creates a six-character access code for a technician and shares a link for the browser alongside it — the same code works for both. Without the app, the technician opens that link, enters the code and then sees his own jobs: starting, starting and stopping the clock, logging materials, ticking off the checklist, taking photos and having the customer sign, all on screen. He only sees jobs assigned to him. If someone prefers the app, that's fine too; both use the same account.
Are all clocked hours invoiced automatically?
No, only approved hours. The office approves closed time entries or rejects them with a reason, and an order with hours still waiting for approval can't be invoiced — the overview says why. If someone changes the times or the type on an approved entry, the approval lapses. Hours already on an invoice can no longer be rejected.
I already use the sales app. Do I have to enter jobs twice?
No. The order and its customer are the source: you plan the order directly, and the job follows the order (title, description, address), except for fields you've deliberately changed by hand. If an order is cancelled, jobs that haven't started yet are cancelled too. The hours and materials go back to the order as a final costing, and invoicing runs through the order. Only if you flip the switch on the job does it become extra work. For a breakdown or warranty work without an order, you just create a standalone job, with a customer from the CRM.
